That is why we have designed this questionnaire to
let us know a little bit about yourself.  We will go
over the answers with your more in depth during
your consultation session.  This process allows us
to better cover your event and tailor design your
albums.  If your event is not a wedding, answer the
questions as best as you can and fill in any details
you'd like us to know about in the comments
section at the bottom.  We look forward to
